TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL
♡ please be 18 or older to order a commission.
♡ i am constantly learning along the way so please be patient with me!♡ commissions are available on ko-fi
♡ commission can be requested or enquired through twitter♡ commissions can take from 1 week to 3 months
♡ i have the rights to refuse any commission without given reason.
♡ i have the right to post the commission results on my social media and use it as my portfolio.
♡ please inform me prior if you would like your commission to be kept private.♡ i will draw: original characters, humans (with/without animal ears), animals (simplified).
♡ i will not draw: nsfw, furry, heavy armor, mechas/gundam, gore/blood.

USAGE
♡ all commissions unless stated otherwise are personal use only.
♡ for commercial usage, please contact me first @ cerealleyx// commerical use: making merch or intentions to make money off the designs //
examples:
1. stream use (emotes, panels, logos, etc.) -- 1.2-1.5x base price
2. merchandise (intentions to make money off the designs) -- 2-5x base price
♡ commercial use does not include resale!♡ i require credit for any usage. you must credit me (@cerealleyx) as the artist, or link one of my socials whenever my art is showcased in any way.

PAYMENT PROCESS
♡ payments are made in USD. Paypal or Ko-Fi Only.
♡ payment options:
・:〃➜ Pay full upfront
・:〃➜ Pay 50% upfront, 50% after sketch is approved.♡ refunds can ONLY be done if i haven't started working on your commission.
♡ the client cannot request a cancellation after payment has been made unless i've initiated.
♡ if i cancel, fully refunded.
♡ if there is no payment within a week of invoicing, your invoice/request will be cancelled. please communicate if you need extra time, so you'll be added to the waiting list.

WAITLIST + UPDATE PROCESS
♡ i structure my waitlist in the order of submitted payment (unless otherwise specified).
♡ i accept rush fees and will make exceptions for special dates, however there will be added costs (on enquiry) - please don't rush me!
♡ if you have concern about your commission status feel free to dm me, asking nicely is okay!
♡ rude behaviour is not tolerated. i will cancel, 30% refund only.♡ discord for updates! be sure to join to be notified!
♡ check my trello for the queue list!

REVISION + CHANGES
♡ ych commissions will have no wips!
♡ please make sure that the correct information is given! i will not be responsible if the details are incorrect due to your mistake.
♡ if it's my mistake, i will correct any adjustments for free.
♡ Major revisions are allowed during the sketch process.
- After the draft, only minor revisions are allowed.
- Additional charges for excessive revisions may be required.
- Revisions may affect progress and timeline.

i will review your form and contact you via your preferred method of contact, if accepted.
♡ we will discuss your commission and i'll provide a quote.
♡ once price is agreed upon, i will send you an invoice for payment.
♡ upon receiving payment, i will provide a sketch for approval (unless skeb/ych). if there are no revisions, i will provide a flat color for approval before providing the rendered piece.
♡ files will be given via google drive / ko-fi / vgen.
